Olive Oil Tasting Salento
Visitors will be taken on a guided walk among the olive trees and the modern mill with olive oil tasting and typical products.The proposed activities include a 'walking tour of the olive trees to know types, names, forms, stories and sets out the techniques of cultivation and harvesting. A fascinating, enjoyable and relaxing because it is completely open air, in nature among the olive trees and the first color of the Apulian spring.
The activity continues with a visit to the modern oil mill, where you will observe the plants and you will know the process of oil production, from farm to fork.
It all ends with a guided tasting of 'extra virgin olive oil and the taste of some food products.
You can create your own oil, according to your preferences, through the direct pouring of the various types of oil present in the mill as well as purchase the extra virgin.

Guided tour of the vineyards in the heart of Salento
Basically it always starts from the cellar cha tour lasts about 30 minutes and then you can choose from:
Cellar tour and wine tasting 4/5: 10 € per person;
Tour the winery, platter of meats and cheeses and wine tasting: 25 € per person;
Winery tour, lunch and wine tasting: 40 € per person; (Lunch menu provides a choice between sea or land based or vegetarian. On request, we have available menus for celiacs).
Winery tour, cooking class, lunch and wine tasting: 90 € per person.
For chopping, lunch or cooking class we require a minimum of 4 persons.
For tour inquiries over the weekend (Saturday afternoon and Sunday) we accept reservations for groups of minimum 15 persons.
As for the schedules, we are open to the public Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:00.
On Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.
As for the cooking class, we require about a week's notice to have the time to organize everything and to check availability of the chef.
To visit the winery and the wine tasting only, you can go around within the hours 15:30 to 16:00, while for the cutting board or lunch require the arrival in the cellar before 12:00.
